Warranty & Returns policy
Foretrade national Medical Supplier ensures that you receive the right product as . We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products purchased from Foretrade National Medical Suppler
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that there will be a 15% handling fee charged for all returned and ordered items.
1. The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused at the client’s expense.
2. unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund the Shipping costs,
3. Kindly ensure that we receive the item in the original packaging, still in the original condition, and with no damage what so ever (like cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty etc.)
4. To receive your refund, or receive a replacement, or store credit, please return the item to Foretrade within 7 days.
5. Cancelled Orders on Capital Goods:
Brand new Capital equipment (items with a serial number) carries a 1 year guarantee from date of sale
Second hand equipment carries 1 month warranty from date of sale.
Cancelled orders or incorrect items ordered will attract 15% handling charge
Q:How can we get after service support when the machine is broken ?
A: 1,we offer one year manufacturer warranty on most of our brand new equipment or machines, in case of any quality problem, the manufacturer will take care of that .
2,we will ship some spare parts together with your goods , in case a part is broken, we will have engineer to teach you how to replace it.
Normally,parts supplied are standard parts, easy to repair, replace or install.
We will also have video of the same machine as yours to show you how to repair step by step.
Or we will have engineer to have video call with you to teach you step by step.
3, if you still can't resolve that, we will suggest you return the machine back to our warehouse and we will have it shipped to the manufacturer, who will repair for you, then send it back to you.
